How far is your factory away from Hong Kong? How long does it take to get to your Shenzhen headquarter? Do visitors usually spend the night in Hong Kong or shenzhen, china?
It takes approximately 90 minutes to travel from the Kowloon Canton Rail terminus or from our HK office to our factory in Shenzhen. Some of our customers do prefer to spend a night in China to avoid the hassle of traveling early in the morning. I would appreciate if you could spend a night in Shenzhen, China so that we could spend more time to get to know each other.
How much will it cost for customs clearance and insurance?
Since we ship by FOB terms, we are unfamiliar with the cost for custom clearance, insurance or any other costs that might be involved. Please contact your local shipping agency for more details.
Before we place the orders to SCH, can I come to China to meet you in person as I want to know who I am working with.
Of course. Please feel free to come visit us whenever you are available. We are not in a rush to start any business with you, however we sincerely invite you to come visit us at our factory so that you can get to know us more and how we work. Once you have decided to use SCH as one of your vendors, we believe a visit to our factory can facilitate understanding between both parties and enhance development of a stronger business relationship.
What is your minimum order quantity? If my orders are too small, can I combine a few small orders to meet your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 576 pieces per style. We are flexible on those quantities. Hence, you may combine 1-2 colors or styles to meet our minimum orders.
What is the production lead time? How long will it take for me to receive the caps? My company is located at the East coast of the US, what are the options for shipping method?
For production lead time, upon approval of samples and receipt of deposit, it normally takes 30-35 days if stock fabric is to be used. For special dye fabric, normally production will take 40-45 days. The payment balance should be settled before shipment.
If there is any rush/urgent shipment involved, we would appreciate that the customer advises us before the order is placed to facilitate preparation. We will try our best to push an earlier production time for you.
Before delivery of the shipment, you have to advise us your current forwarder (Shipping company) so that we can arrange the shipment to be sent to your destination either by air freight or by ocean freight.
How long is your sampling time?
Our sampling time is usually a week for basic style and stock fabric. For special color, fabric or complicated style, it will take a few days more.
Can you make the caps to match the shape and the structure we sent you?
Normally, if it is a rush sample, we will simply locate one of our shapes which is the closest match to yours because this process minimizes the sampling time. However, if the exact shape is necessary, we will custom make it for you. Alternatively, we can provide a few shapes for you to choose from. Whenever you need samples, you may just let us know the shape you want.
Can you send me some samples with pricing and catalogs?
It is my pleasure to send you a few samples for your reference. Please let us know the kinds of fabric, shape and styles that you are looking for. If possible, please send us the artwork for the custom samples.
What kind of file formats do you support if I want to send you the artwork through email?
We would be able to open nearly all valid graphics files.
What kind of file formats do you support if i want to send you the digitized tape for the embroidery?
We would be able to open nearly all valid embroidery files like *emb or *.dst.
If I have a rush samples that needs quotation, how can you help to speed up the process?
We will rush the samples for you and send you digital images before we send you the actual sample. When you are satisfied with the samples, we would appreciate if you could provide us an account such as FedEx or UPS for shipment. Since we provide samples for free, we are not responsible for the samples shipment cost.
Where does your factory buy the raw material? Does your fabric meet the international standard?
The fabrics we are currently using are from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Pakistan. All of the fabrics are tested with Oeko-Tex approval.
Does your factory only produce caps? What other products do you make?
Besides different kinds of headwear products, we also make accessories such as aprons, gloves, scarves, tote bags, blankets and T-shirts. If you are interested in any of these products, please contact us for quotation and sampling.
What is your production capacity?
Currently, we are producing around 180,000 to 210,000 dozens per month.
