Letter from the president
SC Headwear (SCH) used to be one of the subsidiaries from “Ying Ming Industrial Co., Ltd.” Over the past 20 years, we have been making different kinds of headwear products such as dye caps, baseball caps, beanies, etc. I can’t even remember how many caps I have made in my life, but because of all of these valuable experiences, we have strengthened ourselves into a comprehensive headwear manufacturer.

After following the footsteps of “Ying Ming” for more than 20 years, our “Independence Day” finally came when China entered the World Trade Organization (WTO). We believe that although the headwear business is relatively small when compared to other manufacturing industries, there are still a lot of different opportunities we can further explore... and the chance is here.
SCH has focused its business operations on making quality headwear products.
One of the most important things about the culture at SCH is that we strive to lower our operating cost so the benefits will eventually return to our customers. We also understand that workers are the most valuable assets to a factory and therefore we have different kinds of performance bonuses as an encouragement to our workers. Because of the culture as well as the support we have received from our customers, our annual productivity has grown from 450,000 dozens to 2,000,000 dozens in just a few years, with more than 3,000 staff members employed currently. With all the hard work over the past years, Smarty Cap and Headwear contributed to a significant share of the overall headwear export volume in China, which also makes us a reputable company to work with.

Today the headwear business is getting more competitive due to economic changes. We will be working closely with our customers in regards to the challenges ahead. We do not only build business, we also build long lasting business relationships. This is not only the faith we believe... but also a valuable asset we treasure.
